A Steam Sauna While Fasting In Ramadan?

Q: What is the ruling on entering a steam sauna while fasting in Ramadan?

A: It’s not permissible. Since a person is going to inhale the steam and it’s going to turn into water in his mouth and throat, and he’ll swallow it without even realizing it. So it’s not permissible for a person to enter the sauna, because water is going to enter his stomach for sure. And it’s much more (water) than the nose drops and ear drops that people ask about. So it’s obligatory to avoid entering the steam sauna while fasting.
