Q: If a fasting person has a wet dream during the daytime in Ramadan; is his fast invalid? (Also) is it obligatory upon him to make Ghusl immediately?
A: If a fasting person has a wet dream during Ramadan, his fast is valid and the wet dream will not have affected (his fast). This is because it was something with which he had no control over.
It is obligatory (for the person) to make a Ghusl, while being in the state of janaabah (sexual impurity) in order to make Salaah. (Furthermore), to take a Ghusl immediately is better, though not obligatory, and Allah knows best.
